Weight Loss is Easy

Weight loss is easy to achieve if you know the correct way to burn your damn evil fat. Fat in a correct quantity is important for your body to keep a healthy metabolism. But if it's in an over quantity, it will harm and kill you. One of the function of human lever is to produce an enzyme to recycle the fat (lipase enzyme). If you are fat, it means your lever needs to work harder and harder to provide enough enzyme to recycle the fat. Think it, what do you think if you turn on your television within 24 hours without turn off it ? And try to turn on it within 1 week ? What will happen ?

Once upon a time, Aulia, a 172 cm young boy, came to Indonesia Red Cross because his friend had to donate the blood regularly. Aulia saw a weight scale and he decided to test it. He was so surprised when he found that his weight had reached 61 Kg. He tried to remove his jacket, cellular phones, and stingray leather purse to retest it. But the result ? The weight scale needle is still at 60-61 Kg scale. He was damn depressed because he thought that he was too young to become a mister with fat stomach moreover if his hair was going to fall.

That spectacular event kicked him to observe an articles on the internet. Yes, it's all about weight loss ! He decided to ask his office mates who had well built body for some tips. He concluded that if he wanted to burn his fat faster, he must do cardio exercise such as running and swimming. When the heart beats faster, the metabolism will run faster to provide enough energy. The energy is coming from carbohydrate and fat. More your heart beats, more fat loss, more energy, more sweat, and healthier.

Aulia planned strictly that he would swim at Kartika Chandra Hotel on Friday and run at Widya Chandra, a ministers residence complex, on Saturday and Sunday. He must fight a damn lazy devil every morning for the keep sake of weight loss ! Every morning, he replaced his breakfast with a cup of hot non fat chocolate to calm his metabolism. Every night, he did eat nothing because based on the article dinner would make fat. Finally, he could do weight loss program successfully within 1 month and a half. He could throw away 7 Kg of fat fantastically !

Weight loss is easy if you are discipline and committed to do the exercises. Run and swim for your healthier life !
